Pickup: Milton Keynes railway station, outside main entrance at 11:30am (we will return here by 17:30)
Fare: £15 per person payable on the day, all are welcome!
Our trip includes lengthy rides on 4 different vehicles from the fleet of Bills Minibus and Coach Hire. The vehicles carry a variety of colour schemes, all of which being lettered up for this Milton Keynes based operator.
As ever there will be plenty of opportunity for photographs of the vehicles both at the depot and on location, and a short break for lunch is included in the itinerary. The vehicles we intend to travel on are listed below:
A700 UOE - MCW Metrobus MK2 new to West Midlands PTE as their 2700 in 1983,
S309 CCD - Volvo Olympian / Alexander RL new to Stagecoach Sussex Coastline as their 309 in 1998.
S811 FVK - Volvo Olympian / Northern Counties Palatine 2 new to Go Coastline as their 3811 in 1998.
T948 EGD - Volvo Olympian / Alexander RV new to as Dublin Bus as their RV511 (99-D-551) in 1999.
